Signings, Cuts, Trades

Shelby Harris is good. Good pass rush and good Run D. Decent age ( 28) sign him. get rid of Matt'' lawrence taylor '' in his mind Judon and let's get clownley so we don't have to worry about setting an edge and rushing the passer.
 
Knowing eric, he'll bring in snacks harrison. :/

Eric didn't takcle this FA offseason well at all. We've lost significant ground. Too many holes now to plug in.
 
Actually I think if we give Judon an extension that's going to be insane if we were to, that'll be the end of our window because of cap, having to pay stanley and they will pay humphrey.

this window is about cap space and getting better each year
I can tell you without doubt that last year was a better football team than this years coming up.

We always fuck up with our early picks ( 2nd round esp) and we never ever get that DOMINANT player that changes our dynamic. Esp on Defense.

Edge Rushers? MEH
D LINE- MEH ( i'm not sold on the B-Will and Campbell duo being unstoppable)
ILB- Worst in the league
IOL- Below Par
WR- Hollywood and a whole lot of nothing else
TE- Got worse
CB- Congrats
S- Good ( not elite)
Takcles- GREAT
Running backs- Solid
FB- GREAT

Any word on if maybe we will just re work the deal or something? This is a brutal hit. I dont think Clowney would sign anywhere long term right now.. if we got him that would be awesome but kinda just a dream.. good news is we free up a ton of cap, bad news is there isnt much left to buy anyway

(although this is the most talent I have ever seen a week after fa- so that is a plus)

Edit: I mean if you guys don’t mind bringing in one 33 year old d linemen whats the harm in a second lol. our d line could combine for like 15 sacks and 96 years in age. this will be interesting to watch but a defense that was fairly set with a decent backer looks a lot worse with this loss..

Well, wasn’t expecting that when I woke up. Not exactly the same type of player, but I’d be looking at Shelby Harris at this point. Wouldn’t be super opposed to Derek Wolfe either.

I would also welcome them spending on another edge rusher since there are still some decent ones available.
 
The only thing that'll improve my mood right now is seeing matt judon traded away for a 2nd or clowney coming in with shelby.

he was an improvement over wormley.

we basically have no D line aside from campbell and ol mr rip off based on what I do Brandon Williams.
