No. 12 overall pick WR Henry Ruggs is on crutches after recently injuring his thigh while moving furniture.
“He was trying to move a trailer or something -- move furniture or something -- and the trailer just kind of pinned him against a car or a wall or something,” Ruggs' father said. “He’s pretty much OK. It was just like a little open wound on his leg, a little incision. Like something had stuck him right there on his thigh a little bit.” The Raiders were made aware of the injury, but there's no reason to believe it's anything too serious.

“This morning, a house belonging to a family member of our client, Lynn Bowden Jr., was searched by the DEA in Youngstown Ohio,” the statement said. “Lynn and his young son were guests at the home. During the process, authorities handcuffed all who were present to secure the area. Lynn fully cooperated with law enforcement during the search. At the conclusion of the search, Lynn was released, not arrested and not charged with any crime. In fact, no arrests were made.”

Federal agents reportedly seized multiple loaded assault rifles and handguns from the home after police made undercover drug buys there.

idk but seems like a real opportunity to grow their fanbase by having fan voting in a similar way to the ravens but much more sophisticated with the improved technical online environment

involve existing fans who's enthusiasm has been seemingly waning for years, create new fans through the new engagement and the opportunity to influence history

and create a massive amount of goodwill for a franchise that's been in the quagmire for decades

and in the same year that they've basically hit reset on the football operations side of the franchise with bruce allen gone and ron rivera in

and they get to be thought of as an important part of an important (future) historical movement

idk what it will be but i think it would be boring and a mistake if it was any one of the following options which have become popular on betting sites:

Washington Generals
Washington Presidents
Washington Lincolns
Washington Warriors

it would feel like a big miss to have any of those 4 end up the name

Washington Hogs could work... still reference the history of the team and the team's most successful era. Winning Super Bowls behind the massive offensive lines... AKA The Hogs.
