Week 17 Discussion - Regular Season Finale

The Bears under Matt Nagy & Mitch Trubisky will back their way into the playoffs via a Cardinals loss. So the potential firing of Matt Nagy will be held off at least a week. Though if the Bears are smart, they would turn to Nick Foles during the playoffs.
 
texans should have let tannehill get in there - no way they're stopping the titans here and might just now be wasting time
 
oh man - tannehill strolls in for the td 1 play after a LB dropped an easy pick and 2 plays after they had a TD taken off the board for an illegal formation

Now only one game remaining, Washington @ Philly. The winner wins the NFC East and welcomes Tom Brady and the Bucs to their home for Wild Card Weekend.
 
The Miami Dolphins virtue of the Laremy Tunsil trade and Texans loss have clinched the number 3 pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. In fact the Top 5 picks have been clinched with everything else could be shuffled based on who wins the NFC East.

Top 5 Draft Order in 2021:
1. Jaguars
2. Jets
3. Dolphins (via HOU)
4. Falcons
5. Bengals
 
Eagles take the lead. How fitting would it be that the Eagles win giving the Giants the division. Then Brady has to play the Giants in the playoffs.
 
Encroachment/Offsides on the Eagles on 4th & Inches gives Washington a new set of downs and essentially the win.
 
Eagles clearly playing for the draft pick. Shuffling QBs down 3 with a chance to still win the game was a stupid decision by Doug Pedersen. Eagles will now end up with the 6th pick opposed to the 9th pick if they had won.

How fitting of an end to the 2020 NFL regular season, a team with no name wins the Division.
