Not even going to lie I thought we were playing the Chargers I completely forgot. Joe owns Tampa but I don't expect him to play.

I could have sworn Jensen was hurt. Tampa fans were saying he has been complete ass and I know he had a 55 pff rating. I liked him so.

This is the trappiest of all trap games tbh

No NFL games can be counted as wins in advance. I worry a little about them being a bit flat after the emotional OT loss. I had hoped they'd come out firing after their last emotional loss v. NO, but the entire team put up perhaps their worst effort of the season v. CAR.

I do still think this time will be different. They will be at home and - dare I say - playing with passion and with an identity with Lamar under center that will carry them and I think (or at least hope) we see that continue. The style of play will continue to pound the rock and grind the clock giving the defense the energy they need to keep TB in check.
Oh i agree

I think it's important that we not just win, but roll over them. Show that there's no drainage from last week, and it wasn't just some fluke

We should win this, but I'll be interested to see two things:

1) How Harbs decides to mix Joe back into the offense.

I'd prefer if Joe just stays benched until injury, but I have a feeling that they're gonna let him play a bit. This game should give them a chance to decide how they want to work him in whether it's for random plays, entire drives, or just certain scenarios (like 2 min. offense, for example).

2) Will M***y start to open up the playbook more for Lamar in the passing game?

I'd like to see Lamar get more creative passing plays to work with because he's only going to improve so much with what's he been asked to do so far. Accuracy is still an issue and you don't want to have him making risky throws, but at least give him more of a chance. Also, we need to start getting Hurst involved more because him and Andrews are going to be a nightmare for teams to deal with when they both get rolling.

You guys had KC. I know the feeling as a GB fan we had the Rams beat too but blew it. You guys at least can still win your division. We're pretty much toast.

Lamar still isn’t there as far as consistently playing mechanically sound. He still lets too many throws start at the shoulder and end at the arm, and sometimes even in a clean pocket, those are the balls that usually hit the dirt between the WRs feet on an easy throw. That isn’t gonna come easily when the games on the line and you’re just playing how you always have. His mechanics have improved a fuckton but they’re still inconsistent, that refinement should come in the offseason. And entire year off where he is really going to work on those mechanics and not worrying about producing or winning the game, and he can just focus on that, will be huge for him. Honestly I don’t think he’s gonna be where we want him until year 3, one nfl offseason will help tremendously, but I think that year 2-3 gap is where everything falls into place, he’s mechanically sound and consistent, he’s fully entrenched in the nfl, comfortable with his coaches and offensive system and playbook, and has a rapport with his offense, and that’s where you see him take off

It will also help when he has a better (hopefully) OC. M***y is not the answer....

Jameis Winston is NO JOKE. This guy is for real, so far NOBODY has been able to stop his turnovers. NOBODY! He's only lost two games without interceptions in his short career , each by 3 points and both on the road to 2 teams that will play deep into the playoffs. Winston has a rocket arm ,can throw INT's from any angle, can read cookbooks and process information instantly.
We need to look at Sundays game as a privilege and an honor to be able to witness his talent and have the chance to be able to remember watching him play in his first full season many years from now.
He's already set multiple turnover records and is on pace to challenge Brett Favres all time season INT record of 29. He's on pace for a 52 turnover season.
The amazing thing is he's still learning. Win or lose this Sunday just enjoy the fact you have a chance to witness.

Good luck Sunday!
