First Ravens game

RL52TheGreatest

Ravens Ring of Honor
So, I'm looking into getting tickets for the Ravens Cardinals game on September 15th. This would be my first Ravens game and I was just wondering if there's anything I should/need to know.

How early should I arrive?

Any pre-game traditions that I should take part in?

Recommendations for reasonable priced seats that have the best view of the game? (obviously this is
subjective, but I'm just curious to hear opinions from people who have actually been to the stadium since the seat preview on the ticket site probably doesn't do the view justice)

Best food to get in the stadium?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. If anyone else here is going to the game then let me know and we can try to meet up lol

Don't be afraid to get upper level seats. Not really a bad seat in the house if you're sitting up there even if your in the endzone. Try to get at least something inside the 20's tho for a really really good experience. Also get as close to the aisle as you can.Take a set of binoculars. Be ready for inclement weather. Try to use the bathroom as much as you can before game and limit your beverage intake during game lol (save you money too). Also don't let the size of the field blow your mind especially if you do get upper level seats.

I was able to find some decent priced seats in Section 117 by the tunnel and we're right near the aisle lol

I think our current plan is to pregame with a bunch of Natty Bohs before the game so we don't have to buy as much drinks there, but we'll see how that works out.

If it happens to rain, do they sell ponchos at the stadium?

Your answer is also for me a very useful information. As mentioned in a separate thread I will watch my very first NFL game in December against the New York Jets. Your post has answered some of my questions. Thanks!

those upper level seats really allow you to see the entire play open up much better than the low ones. Many times I go with a friend who has seats in 106 (corner of the end zone) row 20 something and you can barely see the field on the opposite side of the 50. There isn't enough of an angle. So I agree regarding getting the 500 level, but I also have no issues getting seats in the corner of the end zone when you are that high up. I've sat up their and had no issues seeing the opposite side. That being said, between the 20s is no question better.

So, for example seats in 501, 502, 551 or 552 or the opposite side are quite good seats? If I can get some...
yes. I was at the Pats game a couple weeks ago and was sitting in 530, row 15 and the seats were very good, even though it wasn't between the 20s

Thanks. Choosing to buy tickets now makes it a lot easier.
Tonight I'm going to buy my first tickets for a NFL game through Ticketmaster.

be prepared for the fees added to the ticket price, something that London doesn't have, atleast in the West End, when I saw Hamilton a few months ago.

I noticed that fees will be added to the ticket price but buying tickets via ticketmaster is the least complicated. And maybe also the safest way. Right?

ticketmaster is a good way and stub hub is fine also. There are plenty of good sites and safe ways to get tickets. You will need to download the app onto your smart phone so you can get the tickets. They aren't allowing paper tickets anymore.

yes, i think other good sites are seatgeek or vividseat, for example. Unfortunately, you can’t see how much fee you have to pay when choosing a ticket.
Good to know paper tickets aren’t allowed anymore. Thanks!

You can go all the way to the purchase screen to see the totals without buying.

Not sure if you’ve seen this but here’s a link to a bot on the Ravens website that may be of general help with other stuff. Enjoy the game!
