Doesn't the RT need to engage the DE? Doesn't help to block down field if the man in front of you is in the backfield in a fraction of a second.

yeah it was a really bad idea, in these circumstances, to expect a rock solid veteran like brandon graham to not see that very obvious thing.

give him a chance to make a guy miss, block graham first, see what he can do out in the field

well that was just poor design. the idea was to seal off the 2nd level and hope that brown can outrun grahams first step.

really it shouldve been done from the gun to give brown space to even reach that second level. i dont think any DL, even unblocked, could get the angle on brown if hes 5 yards behind the LOS with a head of steam

if a return lasts more than 3 seconds, there was a hold.
