Maybe he gave a vote sincerely?
You can choose to credit him with 'sincerity' but I can't and won't in good faith. Sincerity is alien to this old dog who is hell bent on preserving his legacy of luck and good fortune (Peyton Manning and Jim Kelly as QBs), till Lamar and his infamous take about Lamar surfaced.

David Johnson's decline after that injury sucks.

I wonder if anyone would consider Todd, he did not look bad to me when I saw him running. It just appears that they did not want to give him the ball. He only had 3 games with 20 touches.

NFL is considering adding Flex Scheduling to Monday Night Football in the next TV contract. ESPN apparently informed the league they want flex scheduling for Monday Night Football and would put the games back on ABC if granted flex scheduling.

This would be interesting, the logistics of it and fans coming in from out of town, fans having hotels booked until Tuesday only needing it for Sunday because the game was flexed.

let's be honest the fans in the stadium are 100% secondary to tv rights in the modern day - its much better for the NFL financially to have great games on primetime tv (and on ABC too) than for them to make sure MNF is easy for fans to plan for - the NFL wont really worry about the logistics is my guess if they can get this deal done

it makes sense for ESPN to ask for flex scheduling because they want better games

but honestly i dont think it makes a huge difference anyway - only 2 or 3 games a year get flexed under existing rules and i only see that going up by 1 or 2 with the inclusion of MNF so its not a huge logistical problem if it only affects a 7th or less of the slate of Monday night games

Ron Rivera is rebuilding the bridge burned by Bruce Allen when it comes to Left Tackle Trent Williams. Rivera called him to work things out, and Trent returned his phone call where as before if Bruce or the medical staff called him, would not return their calls. If he stays, that's one less need for them to fix in the offseason and a stable blind side protector for Dwayne Haskins.

makes sense - an indefinite suspension wasnt going to remain appropriate and this is basically the length the suspension should have been to start with

what's frustrating is they should have give him this length of suspension to start with rather than making the whole situation murky in the first place by calling it indefinite
it's the NFL and Roger Goodell is running it
