The real issue is that what democrats want to propose is bullshit, too.
Broken criminal justice system cannot be reformed. And certainly GOP and DP who created it together cannot create a new one.

The House just passed the Democrats' version of the Bill after the Democrats vetoed the Republican's Bill yesterday. So now the Republicans will likely strike back and not pass this bill out of retaliation and it will be months before this get passed and becomes official. Both parties will play politics with it instead of doing the right thing, working together to pass it and finally hold police accountable.

Which one is this?
