The Random Thought Thread

He is also making the playoffs in NY and you know that means more attention and more press and means that you get people who think somehow that wins should be counted as a QB stat (not any other position just QB).
I don't think people from NY consider Buffalo to be in NY. Its more like Canada to them than it is being like the Jets/Giants, who play in a major metropolitan area.

The New York Post or any other news outlet is going to spend significantly more time writing about how bad the Jets and Giants are than they will spend any time writing about how good the Bills are.

im not majorly pissed at marlon being so low etc. because its his first time on the list and he's not well known necessarily (partly overshadowed by peters playing lights-out post-trade)

but Ronnie Stanley being at 74 is ridiculous - and even the way bakhtiari introduces him in the VT is a bit disrespectful - the way he calls him up and coming...

ronnie stanley is not up and coming - he's arrived

im gonna be fuming if tunsil is higher than him on the list simply because he got the big extension this year
Prepared to be fuming. Tunsil at 66. Fucking ridiculous.

Living in the tri-state area and working in NY, I can confirm that the Bills are barely mentioned here. Upstate NY might as well be its own state since it's basically an afterthought down here. Honestly, if it wasn't for the Bills being somewhat decent now and the Griselda hip-hop crew repping Buffalo, then Buffalo wouldn't be relevant at all.

except for Buffalo Wings (Duff's) and the famous Italian restaurant "Chefs"

well you should try it sometime. It's been around since 1923. Home of the World Famous Spaghetti Parmesan. I believe I recall it being near Lafayette Park.

Yeah, I definitely will if I'm ever up that way, but Buffalo is so far away from everything. It would literally take me almost double the amount of time to drive there than it does for me to visit my friends down in College Park.

Mo Gaba passed away today, rest easy young bull, that boy was a fighter the likes of which most of us could never fathom. Really sad day :crying:

He really puts life into perspective for you. Kid went through the gauntlet but always remained positive and was the beacon of light for everyone that listened to him. Glad he got to live out his last days in the best way possible. RIP Big Mo
