I certainly hope that Roman is fired and I'd like to promote Urban to OC.
Honestly at this point I wouldn't even activate Ingram on gameday. There's no reason if he only plays a handful of snaps. But at least Dobbins looks good. Ingram should be nothing more than injury insurance the rest of the way. Let Dobbins be the lead with Edwards there when you need him. I'd even be looking to get Hill more involved at this point. Ingram looks done - no explosion left in those legs.

You can say whatever you want about Justice Hill, but he's a beast on special teams. Flies down the field and knows how to tackle.
I’m going to say it but I think we drafted the wrong Brown in 2019. Should’ve taken AJ Brown, he plays like a grown man and would’ve been great with Jackson.
In my opinion, we’ve seen the best of Lamar’s arm. Lamar fans need to temper their expectations until we get better coaching and a better offensive support cast (sounds like a broken record since the Flacco days). But look, if you can’t consistently hit deep throws and out routes and can only hit the middle of the field, you’re not going to last very long. Even WHEN people are open deep or outside the numbers, he sails it. Not cutting it.It's so frustrating to watch these other young qbs who can make big throws downfield.
I mean Jackson did hit Andrews on a very good completion that would’ve been outside until Jackson led him insideIn my opinion, we’ve seen the best of Lamar’s arm. It’s just not consistent though. I see Herbert, Burrow, etc make those throws all the time and they’re rookies. We need to stop babying LamarI mean Jackson did hit Andrews on a very good completion that would’ve been outside until Jackson led him inside
Precisely. While it's unfair to hold to the standard of the insane season he had last year, but dammit, he can not make these mistakes. It’s just not consistent though. I see Herbert, Burrow, etc make those throws all the time and they’re rookies. We need to stop babying Lamar

He had arguably the best line last year though and was still erratic on a lot of throws. We just forgave him because it was his first full season. At some point, enough is enough. I’m a firm believer that Roman won’t be here next season so I suppose we’ll see if a creative mind that can actually make adjustments is what Lamar really needs, or if he’s reached his potential, in which case, I’m saying no to a lucrative deal.I think he's always going to struggle with the sideline throws - it is what it is. But the Lamar we have this year can definitely do better and we saw it last year. He was pinpoint on some of those deep throws. The problem this year is those plays aren't developing. The OL is pretty suspect and Lamar is more panicked. If you can reset his mechanics again behind a solid OL, I think we could see a return to form. I wouldn't count on that with the state the OL is in this year, though. Gotta hit OL hard in the offseason.
