Also, I absolutely hate the idea that it'll be:
the 4th consecutive year we'll play KC, and that we'll almost certainly end up with NE and Houston on the schedule again also.

looking back... ray lewis was mad corny lmfaooooo
i just wandered into a video of him giving a halftime speech in our locker room when we were 1-6 in 2015. this big ass grown ass man was wearing a suit that could fit my 4 year old, and has been away from football for 3 years, and he was more intense and dramatic in that speech than he ever was in his career, shit was uncomfortable lmao

I think for young players, he was highly motivational and an inspiration.
I think a lot of veterans eventually just started rolling their eyes at his speeches and preaching.
I was 10 when he started playing. By the time he retired and I actually listened to some of the things he would say, he was laughably ignorant and unintelligent in many aspects in my eyes.

i just want a receiver of any kind who's going to improve this team - dont care what prototype they fit just that they can be an impact maker for us
the only trend i can find over the last 4 big boards is that i clearly rate "route running" high in my list of qualities that make a high pick on my board
I was super high on Corey Davis, Calvin Ridley, Jerry Jeudy, Justin Jefferson among others - all of those were in the top 15 of my board in their respective classes - in fact only jefferson was outside the top 10
it's not to say that i dont appreciate other traits but it's clearly something i weigh highly in my grades if i were to self-evaluate my own grading of receivers

I didn't know which thread to put this in, but one YouTube channel I recently subscribed to is AFC North Talk. Pretty self explanatory. A fan of each team in the division basically reviews the AFC North's games week by week and previews the next week. I like these guys....

Got some help today.
Dolphins lost to fall to 8-5.
Raiders look like they are imploding, Colts ran it down their throats. They are now 7-6.
Tomorrow night is huge, I view it as a must-win.

Indeed. EVERY remaining game on our schedule is must-win. 11-5 is basically guaranteed. 10-6? It's dicey....definitely gonna need help. Anything less and we're fucked.

I think the biggest thing is treating every game like a playoff game. Can't look ahead at all.
I'm a big college football fan and LSU ambushed Florida last night. It seemed like Florida was looking ahead to Alabama in the SEC title game and forgot to show up.
Ravens absolutely can't have that.

I saw that! Nice win! As for us, we're still on the outside looking in playing against a team that's on the verge of making the playoffs. I don't think the Ravens will be looking forward.
