Knowing Ferguson’s background though, way out of shape and fat and stiff at his pro day, clearly did not work at all, fat and stiff and showing zero development for 2 years, and then “sink or swim” time comes and he finally develops? Hmm

he's looked in better shape the whole offseason, the ball get-off and the use of hands are what im noticing on the film that's different

and he's always been strong setting the edge (just not always the best dealing with COD type plays like end-arounds etc - hence the body-shape change)

Curious to see who the inactives will be come week 1. Gotta think Levine is coming up so have to sit at least 6

One of the OLBs

agree with that - the OLB in week 1 is probably daelin hayes

but yeah a levine elevation makes it really difficult to work out who gets dropped

geno, stephens, averett, westry, welch, board, harrison, oweh, justice, duvernay, ricard all figure to be used on special teams a ton

if we could guarantee the health of our WR corps i'd say that wallace would be the obvious 6th guy and we'd just go with 4 WRs

I would throw the 5th Dlineman into the possible mix, which likely means Washington.

Well, on the injury front, Wolfe didn't practice today and hasn't practiced in a week, so it's probably not looking great for him at the moment. So he could make the decision easy.

Dom McRaven

Hall of Famer

i have to say that jaylon looked phenomenal in the preseason games and especially in preseason 2 and 3 - looks like its clicking somewhat with his hand usage and he just looks sharper and leaner moving - consistently good ball get off

i dont want to get too overexcited but we fans always seem to lose faith in guys abilities to develop after their first 2 years at EDGE when consistently we've seen guys break out in year 3 and 4 lol

@JoeyFlex5 , you hear these bars?!?!?!?

Lamar got vaccinated… so for those who stopped liking him… can start liking him again now lol.. weirdos

I am all over the place on this. I respected his personal decision not to, but I'm glad that his commitment to the team - probably a team who will likely compete for a SB - overcame his apprehension. If we were expected to finish in the basement, I wouldn't have been upset. If we were undefeated going into week 10 and he's out on Covid, I think I might have been upset at that - and probably his team mates too. ;)

Does anyone know if that's his first jab or second? If it's his first, I wonder if the league will treat him any differently to being unvaccinated.
