I did say I trusted our defense against the Browns offense because our strength is Run D which matched up well against their strength. I think this as well against the Steelers. I do not like our matchup against the Bengals, let’s just avoid those fucks in the playoffs

I'll gladly take an ugly win over a loss, but damn that was bad. Not gonna excuse Lamar's play but the offense does really need to be reworked to better use what we have rather than the same plays we'd run at full strength. Also, can we stop with the super short throws to Brown on third and long? They work like once every ten tries.

Ya know I don’t think we’re giving the browns enough credit. They are probably in the top 3 most talented defensive rosters overall, their execution leaves a lot to be desired, but in the impactful positions they are absolutely loaded with otherworldly talents, and Lamar coming off a severe illness and a lack of practice and also lack of rest because he was expecting to play last week, just ran circles around them for 4 quarters.
his arm was off, his timing was off, and he’s not been his best self throwing the ball, but I trust him to get right. Hell I don’t even think he gets right next week, or a few weeks after, but I think come the last few weeks of the season he’s gonna be in his groove. It’s been a rough goddamn stretch for the ravens in general.

This a whole another level of Daddy Issues the Browns are dealing with. They may need to go to counseling in order to rectify these issues.

No matter how ugly it is a win is a win so I will take it. However I'm going to lay a lot of the blame on this being a close game on the clearly biased officials, I don't know how the fuck you can call two plays where the ball clearly touches the ground and is moving a catch. Hell I don't know how that first interception that bounced off Bateman didn't get reviewed, it looked questionable to me and should have had a full review done.

The Bateman one was an int. The Djoku TD was an incomplete for sure. So without that the D probably give up 6 points to a team featuring Chubb/Hunt and Lamar giving them the ball 4 times. Still gave up a bunch of chunk plays by blown coverages but thought the defence played pretty well. The offence sucked in the first half but had so good periods in the 2nd. A lot of work to do.

Was it? When I saw it live it looked like the ball was still moving when he hit the ground but then again that might just be my purple glasses. Definitely agree that the defence needs to stop giving up the big plays because that is going to bite us against better teams.

Come on guys, it’s not all doom and gloom here. If Lamar hadn’t thrown 4 INTs y’all would be singing a much different tune because we probably would’ve blown them out. Our defense was pretty damn near lights out. Queen, I see you sir. Way to majorly step up these past several weeks in your natural position. Bowser, you sir are a freaking home grown stud. Madubuike, you were winning your matchups tonight. That was good football. Oweh, I grow more and more impressed by you seemingly every week. Whether it’s making plays or drawing double (even triple) teams, you’re a major talent and I’m glad we made the right decision of drafting you.
