1) Humphrey was a pick I didn't dislike, even if at that time I liked Conley better. Still, I would've passed on the Ohio St guy simply because of that off field investigation prior the draft.
My other fav pick was Mckinley but I'm fine with how it unfolded, now even more than then.
2) Without knowing how deep Lawson would fall, I'd have pulled the trigger here. Too much floor as a pass rusher to be passed on. If you see how his pressures and sacks came, embarassing LTs, you'd wonder why he wasn't a full time starter for the Bengals and why the kid did get 0 media coverage as the season ended. Bosa put great number as a rookie but if you check his sacks on youtube you'll see a good part of them came as effort/coverage sacks; not individual plays.
3a) Antonio Garcia. Needed OL badly and he was simply one good versatile player.
3b) yess. Would have double dipped at OLB in a blink of an eye. Timmy was too tasty there.
4) Was absolutely fine with the pick. Hope Goosa gets well soon.
5) Tanzel Smart. Cperfect clone of one of my fav DT small school prospects: Javon Hargrave. Low center of gravity, good upper body strenght and nasty af.
6) OL depth, whether that was Justin Senior, Bisnowaty or Mcdermott.
