I will be changing some of the purple fonts to white as per the poll results, later today! :) The default font color is now a lighter is now a lighter gray rather than the purple that it used to be. I could not make it white due to conflicting CSS styles.

There is no way for you to turn it off. It is there to keep threads clutter free. However, it still bumps threads to the top of the forum lists if you were worried about it not doing so.

That's probably what you'll have to do. From past experience, it shouldn't keep sending you emails, so I don't know why it is continuing to even after changing the settings. But yeah, if you unwatch then re-watch them, it should fix it.

Just an update on this; After reviewing the poll results, I have gone ahead and changed the default font to Arial. I agree that a sans-serif font does look cleaner. I will be keeping the poll open for a while longer for the vote on the different colors for the text, as there are more options...
