    Signings, Cuts, Trades

i think clowney is not urgent or necessary at all unless Zion Young looks nothing like we were expecting but i'd happily carry 5 EDGEs who are all going to play and contribute and bin off Isaac as you say though, would be fine to go back to some racecar packages on 3rd downs and bring in some...

    2026 Offseason Thread

i guess my question would be... there's definitely not 91 guys who matter on this roster - surely 1 spot for a kicker is worth the competition value

with the rookie punter, at least they signed Luke Elzinga to "compete" Loop was basically handed the job as soon as he was drafted and hasnt been challenged internally with competition since even with missed extra points and some big missed kicks (and being inaccurate on long distance)

Lane is the one with the physical tools that if they nailed the mindset part of his evaluation has the best chance of becoming something legit in the league Sarratt has a fairly clear cap on his ceiling (unless he really exceeds expectations based on his athletic tools) which is a WR3 power...

i agree it will probably be situational and i expect to see all 3 of them a reasonable amount my hope is that someone elevates themselves to clearly become the primary WR3 in 11 personnel packages

i'm still surprised they've brought in literally no one to compete with him doesnt even have to be a real competition but how are you gonna see how he deals with pressure if he's just handed the job after a season-ending mistake

    The Random Thought Thread

Harbs had a great tenure here but that schtick was getting old a long time before he was out - he spent a long time near the end enjoying the smell of his own farts im 100% rooting for the harbaugh experience to crash and burn with the Giants now that the supportive infrastructure he had here...

Way Too Early 2027 NFL Draft

will depend how this season goes but i think he's gonna be one of the first draft prospects i actually go and turn the tape on for when it comes to that time the way he dominated makai lemon was a key reason i was lower on makai lemon and then i watched him do it to a bunch of the top WRs i was...

if madubuike starts on PUP or I/R then that allows you to keep all 7 DL and also an extra LB/EDGE/DB

RR is going to have to prove that he's not good enough before they pull that lever Good rookie year Classic sophomore slump Year 3 to solidify into a good player or have the ravens looking at his replacement i imagine we're going to see a lot of Jones at RT in camp and in the preseason...

The camp battles that actually matter to watch out for in training camp for me: 1) Starting C: probably Pocic vs Pinter with Pocic going in as the favourite to win 2) LB2: Buchanan coming off the injury vs Simpson with a full offseason - Buchanan should be the favourite as long as the recovery...

    2026 Offseason Thread

for sure we weren't talking about lowery or martin this time last year but it does seem like a weaker udfa class than we've had recently (certainly in terms of name value) the most talented guys with the best shot to make it right now would seem to be: Diego Pounds, OT Dom DeLuca, LB (special...

it's not him vs Urban - if urban was going to be an option, he'd be on the ravens for training camp and they'd do an under the table deal urban's not practising anywhere which suggests to me that his career might be over

    2026 Offseason Thread

i personally always thought he was a OT with Stanley's health and age and with RR's slump in form in year 2, no harm in having talented guys in waiting obviously you want your 3rd rounders to play but it's not like he's not playing because he sucks, he's not playing because we've got good...

was washington awful or was he just injured the whole year? he only played in 3 games and was on I/R the rest of the season and had achilles surgery... with madubuike's health in doubt, would not surprise me if they do everything they can to avoid last year's issues at DL and hoard depth there...
