Hear me out...but can he pitch?

    Training Camp and the Preseason

This I agree with. There is a reason RBs are undervalued (and honestly should fight for a different pay scale/contract duration in the next CBA). I want Lamar to be Lamar but I also only want to see lightning when we absolutely need it. Throwing well reduces that amount.

I chalk that up to developing chemistry. Boykin is deceptively fast and Lamar threw to a spot. Also, if it’s the play I’m thinking of, if Deshon Elliot doesn’t blow that coverage an overthrow risked an INT.

    Training Camp and the Preseason

Uh...comparative yards per attempt running vs. passing is...dubious at best. Running 5.14 yards per carry would be impressive in any era...That’s a first down every 2 plays and absolute TOP dominance.

Haha the tightness of the spiral supersedes all this year it seems.

    Training Camp and the Preseason

I gotcha, I’m just saying we’re in the dog days of training camp and we have a revolving door at both G spots right now. I would worry more about the DL not taking advantage of that than the OL struggling a bit. And our starting RT is in the proverbial doghouse. Will see how it plays out.

Lasley was a draft choice too...the only difference is 1.25 training camps later only one of them looks like an NFL receiver. We’re legitimately looking at potential pass catching hits with... -Andrews -Scott -Brown* -Hurst -Boykin ...in just a two-year span. Asterisk for Brown since we...

    Za'Darius Smith

I could see ZDS having a 10-12 sack campaign. He’s going to be the featured Rush linebacker for the first time in his career and he’s going to eat. I don’t think he maintains that level of play for the duration of his contract but if the Packers can get 2.5 borderline pro bowl years out of him...

    Lamar Jackson

Their hate turns to fear while our anxiety turns to excitement. If we continue on the current trajectory then I legitimately feel bad for Josh Rosen. Have a strong feeling he’s going to get the Nate Peterman treatment in his Dolphins debut at home. One my best friends from college is a Dolphins...

    Training Camp and the Preseason

Second and third team lines yes. This is the part of the year where the elimination of two-a-days really hurts. Trenches are all about physicality and having 50% as many practices in pads slows down the progression. Combine all that with the fact that Roman is essentially throwing an...

Have a feeling Scott makes it over Wesley who ends up on the practice squad. Wesley then takes Moore’s spot when he walks next year and guys like Adeboyejo and Lasley are done. I see Modster and Jaylen Smith on the PS as well.

Ed Reed is an excellent example. This is how a mentally stable adult settles his differences with another man and describes it afterward: My point is not that Pollard is lying per se, it’s that he is not credible given the way he behaves. Harbaugh was the one of the youngest (if not the...

Or conversely being very hungry for any reason to take potshots at Harbaugh. The size of the grudge Pollard has against Harbaugh is second only to the size of the chip on his shoulder. Not interested.

    Lamar Jackson

When I talk about “not boring” I don’t necessarily mean that it will be positive “not boring.” I don’t see a Joe Flacco situation where every single game you have no idea what you’re going to get. Lamar will either progress steadily or he won’t, however I do think we’ll get plenty of highlight...

I think we can all agree that, if nothing else, Lamar’s time in Baltimore will not be boring.

We only recoup the pick if Urban doesn’t play and we have until week 10 to decide.

I'm on the fence about Levine. He is incredible as a dime, on special teams, and in the locker room but he's at his ceiling as a player. Would really love to have more upside at that position from a guy like Elliot but we'll see. If he goes he's a Patriot the next day.

    Lamar Jackson

I love watching the play where he vaults over the bench at like 100 mph. This is honestly not what I expected when I clicked this thread. So much positivity it’s great! I agree with the general sentiment. Half the time I don’t even know what I’m watching offensively but holy crap is it...
