I don’t like the passing concepts Roman designs. Routes take way too long to develop and Lamar is having to hold onto the ball too long. Every play seems to be designed to go 20+ yards down the field.
I think the Ravens sign a cut vet or trade for a guard. They can’t go into the season with two rookies and an unproven Ben Powers. Bozeman isn’t someone I’d feel comfortable at left guard either going forward.
I’m still really concerned about the interior of the offensive line. It’s critical to our success next season. If we can’t find guys with awareness and the ability to move d linemen off the ball it’s going to be a struggle.
Call me crazy but Mims would have helped our run game more than Dobbins would have. Just the threat of his speed would clear out defenders and he was probably the best blocking WR in this class. I don’t think the Ravens had him high on their board or he would have been the pick at 55. Really...
Yeah really questionable picks when it comes to value. I saw a report that they were in talks of a trade down but it didn’t materialize and they were forced to pick. Love the Damien Lewis pick for them he’s a mauler in the run game.
Brooks is actually a really good scheme fit for the Seahawks. I thinks he’s a much better run defender than Murray or Queen. He fits what the Seahawks like in their linebackers.
Mosley was outstanding in the run game, but he was always a step too slow in the pass game. In that Jets game Josh Allen threw a ball extremely low and it bounced off Cole Beasleys thigh, Mosley was in the right place at the right time to pick it off. Josh Allen then juggled the snap and the...
In hindsight Queen. I think Mosleys athletic limitations are too much. I’ve said this before if Mosley played in the early 2000s to 2010s he probably would have been a hall of fame linebacker, but offenses are too creative, too pass heavy, and too fast now.
I don’t think so I think he has a much better feel in zone coverage. You can tell he watches game tape. He’s always taking proper depth and reading the QBs eyes. There were even times where he even read routes before they developed. He’s the type of linebacker you want in coverage, not blitzing.
