I think they said early on, and repeatedly after, that any info on Mads injury would have to come directly from him. Seems they were respecting his privacy on the matter.
Not sure why he wasn't taken sooner, has to be something there besides just his recent switch to RB. Regardless, it's fun to think about the possibilities for a guy with the tools that could become a Samuels type player for our offense.
The Heap/Lane connection is intriguing, sounds like it played a role in us drafting JaKobi.

Smart pick, Vega is a beast.
What a shame we lost Tyler, could have been a really solid core for many years. Maybe they find a sleeper at center in the later rounds.
A stud at TE would be nice, but for me Vega is the smart pick that would have the most immediate and lasting impact. Hopefully he’s still there at 14 and we make him a Raven.
