Oh definitely, someone who is going to stop this team from melting down is the most important thing. I just think with the defensive resurgence we've seen over the last 3 seasons that a great defensive minded coach with a competent OC is a better choice

The last two days are really making me think that Ravens need to hire a defensive HC. Dominate on that side of the ball, and let Lamar do his thing on offence with a competent OC with the knowledge he doesn't have to put on a cape to win games

Holy shit Stroud you cannot throw that ball in the playoffs

Darnold took some time to develop but he has looked good the last two seasons. Stroud has fallen off hard since his rookie season, but his defence is so good that they are winning games

So when do we start calling Stroud a playoff choker? He has some seriously bad turnovers this year and he is getting bailed out by his defence

The extra draft capital from those trades definitely helped, but the attitude and intensity that Seattle plays with is all Macdonald and is exactly what we need here
