I'm honestly curious how many more teams, like us and philly last year, have to get screwed by the NFL to build the KC "dynasty" before the FBI starts investigating the league
No idea since Purdy seems to make some really stupid decisions under pressure but I feel like KC gets 1+ interceptions off of defensive penalties that aren't called
Wasn't the pylon cam already posted in here? Kelce bobbled the ball and a part of it hit the ground aka by NFL rules it wasn’t a catch but "somehow" the refs and the nfl "missed" that
I don't really fault him for trying to score, he is young and tried to make a play, BUT I think that going down after the first and living to play another down is better than going for broke
Oh I don't really fault him for it. I get why he tried to score on the play and I think he probably scores 7/10 times. I just would have preferred for him to go down after the first so that we'd have the fresh set of downs and the ball inside the 5. Protecting the ball there should have been our...
I meant that he should have gone down after the first. Protecting the ball there is in my opinion more important than trying to score, since we would of had 1st & goal from inside the five if he had gone down just after he got past the sticks instead of trying to score
I agree that flowers should have just went down instead of trying to score, but atleast that turnover was KC making a good play. The missed PI on Likely, while being a questionable decision, was an inexcusable no call by the refs
I 100% believe that if the PI on Likely was called that the Ravens would have won. We had all of the momentum at that point and scoring a TD would have only of helped us
Because if the chiefs got a first down with the clock running we would lose. We had three time stoppages, 2 timeouts and the 2 minute warning, so we couldn't let them run a play on the 1st & 5. If we didn't take that penalty KC converts the first down, we lose a time out or the two minute...
We played into the strength of their defence by passing SO much and completely ignored their weakness by refusing to run the damn ball. It really is infuriating
Hell even if we went as pass happy as we were, personally I would have rather had Ricard out there blocking instead of the ghost of Bateman doing nothing
This is going to be a weird take to most of you but I don't think Ricard played enough snaps. Before this game we would often have Ricard on the field to act as a sixth O-line when we were having trouble passing the ball and yet we didn't really do that at all this game.
Oh I don't think the players and coaches are in on it but after this game I absolutely think that the league is using refs to influence games to produce the results they want
Bateman has basically been a non-factor for most of this season. Sure occasionally he would make a play but it was almost always in games where we were already rolling NOT in games where we needed him to step up
Honestly with how connected the NFL is with sports betting, with draft kings and potentially acquiring ESPN and their gambling app I think a serious look needs to be made at the NFL even ignoring this Taylor Swift super bowl
