    Lamar Jackson

I gotta say, there's kind of a beautiful irony to Flacco being succeeded by a mobile QB. Somewhere, RBates is remembering old arguments from 2009, feeling vindicated that he was right all along :D

I'll take Bozeman over Hurst any day. He's stout and gets movement on the line, which is a lot more than I can say about Hurst.

    Offseason: offense or defense?

I don't disagree, but it's not a sure thing, and I'd like to be prepared for the off chance where he's gone, especially considering his injury history. Regardless, we likely have three positions on the line in flux as soon as this offseason, and we need to make that our focus.

Ronnie Stanley's soon to face a contract year, hence the long term question mark.

How could I forget Hercules. He's the only sure thing in the long term. Imo, we have Brown and four question marks in the long term.

    Offseason: offense or defense?

Unpopular opinion here: I don't want Ozzie teaching anyone a thing about "bargain" contracts. So many times we got guys at a "bargain" when they ended up being way overpaid in the long run (Williams, Jefferson) or the "bargain" really was just the top of the trash heap (almost any vet olineman...

Life has been way busy for the past eight months. Hardly had time to watch games, let alone come here, but this Lamar guy is getting me back into it.

This is really re-assuring to me, and I have no problem with a running QB, especially if the runs are designed. I'd consider zone-read as designed, though.

Tell ya what though, it's been a long, long time, maybe 7 or 8 years, since we had legitimate QB arguments in Baltimore. :D

    Lamar Jackson

As I much as I'm irritated by his shitty completion percentage it's still pretty clear to me that we gotta roll with Lamar. He has made throws that I don't think rookie Joe was capable of making. I'm quite a bit pissed that Joe might be starting next week and I hope it's just Harbaugh blowing smoke.

Roll with Lamar. He scares the shit outta me sometimes but I do think he's the future and that he gives us the best chance to win. Go with the hot hand and the man with momentum.

Trump disagrees with his own White House's report on climate change, and in an insane rebuttal of his own White House, he proclaimed that "oceans are very small" and "look at our air and our water and it’s right now at a record clean." Ya know what, I just feel bad for you if you voted for this...

    Lamar Jackson

Lamar Jackson performed as I expected. He confirmed my concerns but also showed a lot of promise. I will always be concerned when a QB has more rush yards and rush attempts than pass yards and pass attempts. However, I'm an ardent believe in taking what the defense gives you and doing what it...

I have a fundamental disagreement with your assertion that progressives are killing the Democrats. This argument is at odds with historical facts. The notion that Biden and Kaine are progressives is, well, wrong. History tells us that Democrats won when they were progressive. History tells us...

Scholars generally agree that the Civil Rights Act and the Voting Rights Act, in addition to generally just giving a damn about issues relating to equity, are the reasons African Americans trend Democratic. 50 percent of the country is white. 15 percent is black. To put this bluntly, if there are more white people, more white people will die. If there are fewer black people, fewer black people will die. Sounds grisly but it's just how numbers work. This is frankly a misleading graphic probably made...
