Rossi's Top 50 and Position Rankings

I'm afraid this year brings no big board google doc with all the answers but I do still have a top 50 and a top 5 at every position. Some of the position rankings will be obvious based on the top 50 but obviously not all positions will have a top 5 within the top 50. (N.B. on the board I have lumped all IOL together but on the position rankings will separate C and G.) So without further ado...
