Yeah, no, that's not true. Anything I had to say to anyone was in the forum. Only DMs I had was with mods and a couple of guys about cars.
How about we shake hands and you just leave me alone like you said you would 2 years ago. lol Thanks.
Sounds good, little lady.

Bills fans argument seems to be Lamar won it with bad stats therefore he shouldn't win it this year because he has good stats
They’ve been an emotional bunch since Christmas lol

Their argument isnt bad to be fair. Its basically that Josh Allen had better stats than Lamar last year but Lamar had more wins and the bigger games at the biggest moments both of which apply to Josh Allen this year. The counter to that is that, unlike last year, Lamar does not just have better stats but historically great stats. If Allen was having historically great numbers he might have had a better shot.

They always talk about the production stats of last year and always leave out the turnovers which was double Lamar’s.
They always use total fumbles instead of total lost fumbles for Lamar but not for Allen. Then you can hit them back with if that's how they are going to track turnovers, Josh had 25 of them last year.

The argument doesn't hold weight. Tougher schedule. No real clear MVP. The other guys shit the bed vs comp while Lamar played well against most of the best. #1 in the AFC. He also didn't have a 35-10 loss or a 9-30 performance in 23.

And I said the only other people who should have been in the convo last year were Allen and CMC. Never thought Dak deserved it.

Yeah it's sad because I really like Allen as a player, but Bills fans make it unbearable. "Bills would be a 2-win team without Allen but the Ravens would be a playoff team without Lamar". be serious

Hasn't Allen only beaten 5 COMBINED playoff teams in the past two years in the regular season? While Lamar has something like 18? With a better overall record.
Bills fans are so delusional, if we didn't have Lamar we would've lost most games before our bye week because of how bad our defense was. On the other hand they would've won most of the games they played this season with Trubisky playing

Right but when you put the stats into the context of the games he was never close to MVP. I swear people don't have any recollection of what happened last season.

It was a down year for offense in general. I can't find it now, but as of the end of week 17 2024 already had over 100 more touchdowns than 2023. I have to imagine it surpassed 130 by the end of week 18. You had nobody putting up any records to put them in the MVP conversation. The person with the highest yards and touchdowns was Allen, but nobody had him in the conversation because most of his stats were early in the season and his turnovers were costing the Bills many games. The Bills went to more of a run-first approach and the Bills started winning games down the stretch against injury-prone teams. They were playing for their playoff lives week 18.

Do you think betting odds are a realistic sign of what’s to come?
I'm not a better but history says it's not foolproof. Allen was the runaway favorite until today when odds shifted to Lamar.

Joe Flacco was the underdog for CBPOY last year too, so Vegas doesn't know all. They stack odds based on the money.

he didn't have better stats unless you call 18 interceptions a good stat.

He also was 5th in the mvp vote last year

A SB win is the only thing that really matters as a fan of the team, but that doesn’t mean I don’t want to see our players get accolades too.
I find it funny when fans act like Lamar doesn't care about AP1 or MVP. I'm sure he very much wants a Super Bowl win, but you'd be insane to think he doesn't want the accolades, too.

When his HoF candidacy is debated, being AP1 three times and MVP three times (assuming he wins) is going to make him a guarantee and likely a first ballot.

Just turned 28 three days ago and is basically locking up a gold jacket. I've been telling people for awhile... appreciate watching this greatness while you can.
