Wk 15: 15-1
Overall 144-81

This week the only wrong pick was the Chargers over the Chiefs.

I also picked the score at 45 total points in my pick’em league for Monday night,

13-3 in week 15 puts me at 141-68 (id like to point out that ive picked against the ravens for every single one of their wins for multiple weeks lol - so as crazy as it sounds im not changing that strategy despite it giving me a loss most weeks)

Colts
Vikings
Chargers
Redskins
Pats
Rams
Saints
Panthers
Bears
Lions
Chiefs
49ers
Cardinals
Cowboys
Steelers
Eagles

Dilemmas this week are more of my own making... saints falcons is one i might revisit, cowboys seahawks also but i might also have a think about browns bears (if the browns are gonna win one it might be this one) and jags 49ers (jags are the obvious pick but ive been riding jimmy g since he arrived in the league and im not sure im ready to get off that train yet lol)

13-3 in week 16 gets me to 154-71

Pats
Eagles
Steelers
Vikings
Redskins
Lions
Colts
49ers
Chargers
Seahawks
Chiefs
Saints
Panthers
Bengals
Bills
Jags

less dilemmas than usual this week but picking against the ravens is still my go to out of superstition but yet again i see it handicapping me lol (but ill take the hit if the ravens keep winning), texans colts, 49ers rams - not a dilemma except for the fact that ive decided to ride or die with jimmy g so be it

I went 8-8 in week 17, 154-87 overall.

Are we doing the playoffs too, or are we done for the year?

I’m not gonna predict these 2 games but I’ll say this: the worst possible Super Bowl matchup outcome is pats eagles here because that’s a complete mismatch I’m afraid

The jags have the highest highs in the league according to football outsiders but also have some incredibly low lows (I think they have the largest performance variance in football outsiders history - their highs should make then prohibitive Super Bowl favourites and yet they aren’t) - if the jags team that played the steelers turns up then this could be a phenomenal AFCCG but if not it could get a little embarrassing

In the other conference foles is a huge hang up for me believing the eagles can compete at a super bowl - i can see them beating the Vikings off the back of that defence but I can’t see them competing in the Super Bowl

We’ve got a wonderful set up narratively here though: 3 nobody qbs and Brady, 3 Super Bowl-less teams and the pats dynasty - essentially we’ve got 3 wonderful Cinderella stories and then the best possible villainous foil for all 3

Edit: I suppose this is the prediction thread so I should predict after all:

Pats
Vikings
