well I can say that the defense is doing it's job, but the offense not so much.

It does seem teams have decided or agreed upon, hey let's wait out before we hire people. I know teams will interview a bunch of people but in recent years it does seem the hiring has slowed down compared to other seasons. Sean Payton is that first domino everyone is waiting on to fall right?
