There is a shitload of quality left on the board and we took trace fucking mcsorley, the SOLE REASON that penn state couldn’t go anywhere in the playoffs with one of the most stacked teams in the nation and generational RB.

I can not understand this shit at all, there was loads of talent still available

Pre In-depth thinking draft grades

Marquise "Hollywood" Brown: A+. He changes our offense a lot and is a press buster. Opens up so many things and even with Lamar's deep ball deficiencies, can do so much more.

Jaylon "Turd" Ferguson: A. Based off of potential alone. Long arms, inconsistent tape, but at the spot, you couldn't really pass him up. I see him more as a Za'Darius Smith type, who's more polished with more potential. I think losing ten pounds does wonders for him. Needs to have more room.

Miles Boykin: B. In terms of a player grade, I like Boykin a lot. He's a really safe pick at WR, with athleticism to grow a lot. Good compliment to Brown. Day one starter, has a high floor, but a ridiculously high ceiling. Only reason it's not an A is given the talent that fell later in the draft.

Justice Hill: A+. Holy crap I like this. Electric runner, good receiver, great speed, good vision and cuts. Perfect compliment to Ingram. Could get 500 yards and 5 TDs.

Ben Powers: C+. He's going to be a starter at some point, but he's not special. He has a lot of consistency issues in my eyes. Technically sound.

Iman Marshall: A. Really high on him. Good press guy, good tackler. Will take a year, future Jimmy Smith replacement when he walks next year. Would have gone higher in most drafts in my eyes, deep class. Could have a nice long career as a good starter.

Daylon Mack: B+. Unlike other NTs we've taken he actually has upside as a pass rusher to me. At worst he's a rotational replacement for Brandon Williams when we cut his terrible contract next year. At best he's another Pierce. Safe pick with really good upside. Would've rather taken another G.

Trace McSorely: F. IR Stash that will probably amount nothing.

Overall, outside of the last pick, I like the draft. I wish we had focused on oline more, which I find absolutely apalling that we didn't, for the fifth year in a row. A bunch of contributers this year. Brown and Boykin are instant starters, Ferguson should be worked in slowly, but he should be able to get 5 sacks. Powers will start one day if not immediately. Hill will be a good compliment and a playmaker. Mack will be a contributer one day. That's a good draft typically.

i'd give boykin a C taking into account we could have had him with the 102 pick and not given up 2 6 rounders for no reason

McSorely clearly is not brought in to be groomed as a future QB or even primary backup QB. All I’m hearing said is that he’ll be a Swiss Army knife.

We’ve invested heavily in offense and as they’ve said in analysis it will be up to Roman to create a system that leverage their skill sets. Will be interesting to see what we make out of it all.

Harbaugh in the presser: Mcsorley is known for being a tough ass competitor. Smh...

As a person I really like him and I can see sort of see why he'd be highly sought after if he was to leave or be fired but why does he always have to come out with comments like this in every interview about a player? It's become very stale.

It's a lazy, I'll just go with my cliche comment for any player that i havent really delved into much harbaugh talk

Maybe we can get beau as a UDFA. Guess this board is more high on him than NFL teams

and what im saying is that skillset and talent should match the value. in the case of diontae johnson, it did. in the cases of ferrell and edmunds, it didnt.

the only players on the board that wouldve been better picks for the steelers there would be CGJ and amani oruwariye, and thats because they fill huge holes and the former is a very safe and versatile player.
So you know what the value of those players are as well? Lmao

I mean if I'm a UDFA guard/Center I can't think of a team I would go to over Baltimore. A real chance to both make the roster and really play

That and iLB position. We should be the top destination for them.
Hoping tre Watson or te’von Coney falls
