Perhaps teams should just let us win so we don't have a shot at top talent lol.

ravens draft history of top 20 picks is amazing lol:

2017: 16th - Marlon Humphrey - all-pro
2016: 6th - Ronnie Stanley - all-pro
2014: 17th - CJ Mosley - 2nd team all-pro
2008: 18th - Joe Flacco - superbowl MVP
2006: 12th - Haloti Ngata - all-pro
2003: 10th - Terrell Suggs - all-pro + DPOY
2003: 19th - Kyle Boller...
2000: 5th - Jamal Lewis - all-pro + OPOY
1999: 10th - Chris McAlister - all-pro
1998: 10th - Duane Starks
1997: 4th - Peter Boulware - 2nd team all-pro
1996: 4th - Jonathan Ogden - Hall of Famer

i'd say that's 1 bust, 1 under-performer and 10 slam dunks

i mean 3/4 of the guys on this list made an all-pro team in some fashion
2/3 of them have played important rolls in winning a superbowl

Sad he was just a sacrifice, but he wasn’t really a good coach.. so thanks for the two 3rd round picks at least.

Hall of Famer
Havent really seen that much of him yet like i did hill but is he really that good? i mean i know he is but is he really lol? I like hill because of the different roles he take on defense plus he seem smart af on backend
Kyle Hamilton is next level good honestly, I hate the thought of a first round safety but Hamilton is the exception, he’s ridiculous

No thanks, solid pass on Kyle Hamilton. Issues in space and missed tackles. Next

i mean sure but also stephens came on strong after taking over for elliott and he and chuck are fine back there

no idea what we do at corner with the vets but could make a good argument for adding another high quality corner to the room over a safety

and it doesnt really matter if oweh is the guy or not because you need at least 2 EDGEs anyway and we've only got 2 and 1 of them is bowser who's a versatile player more than a true edge and is also now going to be returning from a torn achilles

just looking for quality guys everywhere - would love to add a playmaker at safety but also DL, EDGE, CB and even LB - just need to add talent and playmakers to the defence whatever that looks like
Yeah, no doubt we could use another Edge rusher even if Oweh is a beast because you can't have enough of those guys and we've never had two elite bookend rushers. The closest we ever came was maybe Suggs & Dumervil. Stephens has been surprisingly good but I also just am not sure there because yeah he and Clark are serviceable back there but so many question marks with them both too. It's really true that we could literally hit any position on defense. We're either too old or not good enough or injuries showed we're not good enough at various spots.

I believe our depth is pretty good and it's why we were able to keep most of our games close and win 8 games, but we were playing depth vs most teams starting offense and that's definitely not good enough. I believe Stephens is going to improve in year one and did surprisingly well in his first year. He was forced into a starting roll and performed more than admirably. I do agree we need to get younger on defense and could hit on any position. This will take more than one offseason, but I expect us to be back in the playoffs next season, just by getting healthier.

Yeah for sure. It's hard to identify a top need here because injuries depleted us. Tackling and ball skills are a requirement on defense right now so it may be nice to get someone who can do those. That is CB or S; however, we do have Young, Humphrey, Peters all under contract and Clark and Stephens, so I could see focusing on Edge where we got nothing but a bag of chips and someone with potential in Oweh. DL is also very bad with nobody signed but Wolfe, Washington, and Justin. We will hope some of those guys rebound but I feel CB, S, Edge, DL have to be picks at some point. As for offense, only real major need IMHO is LT if Stanley is a no-go and C pending Bozeman. Other than that, I feel we could get better there at every position but feel we have decent talent there as well (assuming everyone is healthy, you have Stanley | Cleveland* | Bozeman* | Zeitler | Mekari or James) but none of those guys precludes us from taking an OL early either. In that area we're kind of predictable because I don't think we will take WR, RB, TE early.
