Signings, Cuts, Trades

We really have the opportunity to have an A+++ FA if we can just sign Tretter and Campbell

Can't give us an A+ because I can't get onboard with giving us the same grade as a team who made some exponential moves to upgrade their roster.

How cool would it be to get Tretter, Wagner, Campbell, and Houston at this point prior to the draft? If Z. Smith had replaced Houston, even better but he is a turncoat, unfortunately.
Ambitious.

The biggest challenge to some of these older veterans is many of them may end up taking one year deals. One year deals are a hindrance to the Ravens at the moment, because there's no cap flexibility associated with them.

Who do you take off the field in passing downs - Queen or Wagner?

right, he will have more of an opportunity and last year he played 330+ snaps, only about 50 more than 2020. Surprisingly it wasn't as much more than I expected.

it's because they capped his defensive snaps so that he could still play special teams - they "saved his energy" for high leverage downs

the saga's over - he gets a significant chunk more than we offered him in aav, a 1 year shorter deal, and only 3m less in max value despite 1 less year

Was just watching JC Tretter because the first time I watched I wasn't all that impressed. I was thinking....wow...super athletic, very quick out of his stance...solid in protection...good hands...making the calls. Then I checked the jersey. It's a different center called Nick Harris.

That's the whole reason they moved on from Tretter. Not that he's had a ton of opportunities, but every time Harris has been on the field, he's been really good. They've developed him well and he's a great fit for their offense.

Could've been us if we weren't cheap lol

Z is gonna put up monster number in Minnesota. They're so good at getting the most out of their pass rushers

Isn’t Nick harris that iOL that was really small? Like 6ft or 6’1 small?

There is no comparing them athletically

Could've been us if he wasn't a greedy [profanity deleted] who couldn't make up his mind on what he wanted from the get go
I'm personally all for getting more money - fuck relationships. He owed us nothing and we kinda low balled him and he seemingly knew that
