Without Ben I doubt it. Ben really struggled last year but he was a huge part of the WR success in Pitt. His knowledge of the game and ability to extend plays really aided those guys.

I kinda like Trubisky…. I think he is good enough to keep them relevant and within playoff contention. Always felt he was dealt a terrible hand in Chicago. Certainly going to rely heavily on that defense and run game , but I can see Pitt as a wildcard team.

Idk maybe. I think we'll know pretty early in the season if he's got anything left in the tank
 
I don't understand why there is so much speculation around us and Deebo Samuel. We have three legitimate pass-catching options in Andrews, Hollywood, and Bateman and two good RBs which if we have an above average Oline should be more than enough to make a deep playoff run. How is Deebo going to get enough touches in this offense to justify what we will eventually trade for and then pay him

If we were to trade for Deebo (which we’re not), Hollywood would absolutely be in that deal (which is dumb because he’s going to have to get paid as well - albeit not at the same price as Deebo)

We’re not going to trade for him. It was just a rumor started on one of those stupids ass rumor Twitter pages. It makes no sense from a lot of angles

What's up is he wants a new contract and he's creating leverage to do it.
I think its a foregone conclusion he signs a long term extension with SF before week 1.
No different than Kyler. Has nothing to do with not wanting to play for that team anymore. Has everything to do with creating leverage to get a new contract sooner than the team wants to give it to him.
