The Random Thought Thread

Justice Hill has looked pretty good running the ball, he just needs to hold on to it. I would like to see Hill mor involved. Maybe this Monday, it will be the Hill and Drake show if Gus needs more time.
Hill has been a pleasant surprise. I had all but given up on him but he bulked up a bit and doesn’t seem to fall on first contact as he did before. Hopefully he gets more touches.

Bateman had 2.38 yards per route run, which was the 8th best in the league. It's a tough loss, no doubt.
IDK, he will be missed for sure but he only caught 15 passes in 5 games played, 2 TDS, 285 yds.. 4 catches for 108 yds. being the most against the Dolphins. Thinking we can survive, not like we lost Cooper or DHop. lol

Yeah and he was still our best guy, thats how bad the group was coming into the season. Duvernay , who is now our best guy , Never had a target share hit 9% 2 years in the league, and this season he is currently at 63% snaps and 15% target share.

Sometimes just having more potential weapons out there opens up the field more. People can say Andrews and Duv all day long but more weapons, the better

How long does it take to recover from Lisfranc injury treatment?

Remember: Everyone’s body heals at different speeds, so make sure to talk through your exact treatment timeline with your provider.

  • Non-surgical treatments (boot or cast only): Likely six to eight weeks followed by some physical therapy.
  • Lisfranc surgery: Up to three months in a combination of a boot or cast after your surgery followed by some physical therapy.

Yeah that's when you can take the boot off, actually getting back on the field is a different matter. He's done for the year.

Here's a totally random thought-

I find it funny that whenever Lamar is criticized, you can 100% guess which members will have liked the comment.

Bonus points to them disappearing whenever Joe's name is brought up in the same way.
Counter point: every time someone calls Lamar out for poor play, you run to the board with “ yes but seven years ago Flacco sucked”….. My man hasn’t been in purple for years now, let it go

lol I mean I read what you post on here. How else would you think I would judge it? Have you provided me anything else to go with to make me think differently?

I was going to respond to this. But you’re a waste of time to respond to. You’re never wrong in your mind. You never apologize because you’re never incorrect in your mind.

It's not as simple as that. There is a lot of history behind this and he has every right to point at the hypocrisy. The same posters have been passive aggressive toward Lamar since he's been drafted and plenty of time not so passive.

Haha OK Dr. Phil. First, I don't post much and when I do I'm pretty level headed and post the sentiment of most fans on here (morons to you). Second, just because you like to give a 1 page counter argument to everyone's post just cause you want to make yourself seem superior. I don't need that kind of attention.

You can have a higher IQ but with the asshole attitude you have makes you a very unlikable and shitty person.

I have softened up a lot on Lamar. I honestly didn't think he was going to amount to much as QB. I would of preferred a pocket passer QB.

Now, I would hate for him to leave. He's an amazing athlete. One of a kind really. Wishing his passing game was stronger and hopefully he continues to develop that. Was excited to see him hire someone in the offseason to work on mechanics even though that hasn't translated on the field as of yet. All of this to say I'm passive aggressive towards Lamar lol.

My post was general in nature, I did not have you in mind specifically.

No, I don't do this. I will bring Joe up in light of hypocrisy, but I don't really bring up Joe otherwise.

Edit: I see allblack actually nailed this.

People crucified Joe, often rightfully so , since 2013. I have yet to see any arguments, Joe Vs Lamar since 2019. People have moved on from Joe. Well most people, oddly it’s people that dislike him like @29BmoreBird22 that keep bringing him up to apparently defend the world from hypocrisy.

The history behind this only last with a few insecure fans who are more concerned with boot licking than being honest. I get the purple glasses, we all wear them at times, but it’s seems like an odd insecurity bringing up Flacco to defend poor play from Lamar.
