I have to agree here. It's very uncharacteristic of him too. I don't get it.

He'll turn it around eventually, if not this season than the next. He's the type of guy who would hold himself accountable.

His game was never really predicated around athletic ability. He hasn't lost a step that way. I think he'll bounce back. As will Jefferson

He doesn't look slow, but he's making the wrong reads. I personally think the guy has issues with that, same can be sad for Jefferson. I just don't know what's going on with either of them.

As far as the interception goes, Ryan just made a great play to fall of his man and blow Perriman's hands up. Can't fault anyone for that. Perfect throw and even more perfect defensive play.

Not an excuse. It's just the truth. JFC. Titans have an elite oline. It's one of the 3 best units in the league. It makes it harder that Mariota can shake off pass rushers with his athletic ability. This was a hard matchup.

Sometimes the other team is just good. The Titans are that if they're healthy.

That was never going to be caught...by anyone. There was no time to even grab it in the length of time between when it hit his hands and when he got hit, Perriman would have probably just dropped it anyway but no one would have caught that one.
