I'm ready to get on board with Fire Monken. He seems like a good hire, but just by virtue of being an OC appointed by Harbaugh, there's a decent chance he's horrible. If Harbaugh hired Kyle Shanahan as OC, I'd begin to question him too.

um, Kubiak and Roman was great for Lamar the first couple years but after that he just didn't have a creative passing game.
