May be better teams overall but I had the Dolphins last year so there won’t be as much of a learning curve for me. And they have a 1st round pick this year which helps

At what point do the rosters become locked? Since we are in the window of players being franchised and potential deals being done to avoid the tag, are the rosters locked as of now? Like say, Tee Higgins is a free agent in the mock unless the forum member who chose him puts it on him right?
