Next Up: @ Cleveland

Harbs is again adamant about defending our secondary and by extension condoning the terrible job Orr has been doing (imo, of course).
We have pretty much the same personnel as last year . Added Wiggins, lost Clowney but picked up Ngaku . Lost Queen but Simpson is playing well .
So what could the problem be ?Gotta be coaching and Harbs is a part of that .

My mind goes back to that one time when we went to Miami and lost the only game the Dolphins won that year. I think Cam Cameron was their HC!

So, don't put it past the Ravens to lay a big egg in Cleveland unless the friggin' defense picks it up. Jameis Winston is the biggest gunslinger of them all. Our secondary sucks against gunslingers.
Cleveland knows us well so I could see them limiting Lamar’s points .

If Winston beats us ,Orr might get a demotion .

Harbaugh will obviously play up Winston's abilities and make him out to be a superstar but he's garbage. Always has been and will continue to be going forward. That's why he's been relegated to a 2nd or 3rd string quarterback. Still, you can't take any game or player for granted in the NFL. That's when it bites you in the ass and you lose a game you have no business doing so. The Ravens usually stay focused in games like this and barring costly turnovers or drive killing penalties, it should be a 14-20 point victory.

It’s absolutely incredible that prior to the season the experts and everyone here including me thought the secondary was one of the best units in the NFL

I don’t get it . We added Wiggins too l Crazy
Wiggins is a 21 year old rook, Williams I think is smoking crack on game days.

Need somebody back there to sort out the communication.

Barring any sort of significant improvement on defense, I think we're being setup for a let down of crazy proportions again.

The league is so close in skill and good teams are often separated by miniscule numbers of points which often are determined by extremely small numbers of plays.

So, giving up long throws and situational play calling can mean literally everything. Even just 1 rando "I'm scared just go cover 0" play call at the end of the game in a high leverage situation is enough to have you lose.

@Simba seemed to think from his guy that Orr's struggling to make the jump and get his vision through. Its apparent because the communication is just so bad. Additionally there's an incredible amount of panic you can see in Orr's tendencies. Given what @Simba said about Pees' role here, he ain't fixing anything bruh.

I hope we get blown the fuck out and it forces John's hand

Unless you're cool with Pees calling the defense again we don't really have options. Still time to adjust

Zach Orr will be fine guys. I trust John Harbaugh that he made the right decison. I hope for the best for Zach Orr and there is signs of improvement in some areas. Also Mike McDonalds himself didn't light it up right away as a coordinator during his first year . I bet he needed Anthony Weaver and that one guy that came from Michigan which I believe is Ryan Osborn to help support him and get his vision across for his defense. I never expected Zach Orr to step right in and take this defense to new heights beyond what we have ever seen or known to man kind. I expected some growing pains and I think Harbaugh did as well. In reality facing all these good quarterbacks so early should be beneficial for his growth as coordinator but I understand as fans we don't have patience when it comes to Orr growth but honestly we all have growing pains when we staring a new position.

Some are able to perform great right away than others but I guess the main difference is we don't have people that is not legit apart of the organization judging us and saying we should be fired after every mess up. I think God fans wasn't able to judge me during my first few weeks or months on the job. Yikes!!!! I probably would need a drink afterwards lol

That's fine. I hope you're right and am rooting for him. You should watch the video though. It's not nonsense and opinion. Dude knows ball
I watch All 22 at times but I don't agree with everything he say.Honestly if you put so much weight in what he states then you would have liked Devin Duvernay more because he was raving about him in 2022. I love Cole Jackson, Sip 2 Tally, Edgar Allen, and etc. These guys know ball but they also human and don't always get it right. Sip 2 Tally and Cole Jackson thought it was dumb the coaching staff was sticking with Daniele Faalele as their starting right guard. These are guys that watch tape and know ball but end up being wrong which may be premature given that the season isn't over with.

You shouldn't agree with everything anyone says. That being said he's not giving almost any opinions in that video

I knew you'd say that and that's just not true. Of course i want him to do well. Thats best for the team. Just being realistic though, he won't.
Honestly your contradiction is your contradiction but for you to want the team to get blown out just so John Harbaugh can demote or fire Zach Orr is interesting. This guy want Zach Orr to lose his job and for the team to get blown out for it to happen. I'm going to just go on ahead bow out now
