Big win for ya today, happy for you guys. You should be going to the playoffs. Tough loss for us today and it hurts. Hopefully the Titans fall apart so you can get in, God bless and Merry Christmas.

With the titans loss today and the Bills playimg the Pats next week, there is a very good chance we end up with the 5 seed. I believe the titans lose another game.

i dont see the titans winning another game: after they lost to the cardinals i looked at their schedule and thought there was a high possibility they go 0-4 down the stretch and with the 2 easier games out of the way they are 0-2 with the rams and jags still to play - id be gobsmacked if they won a game

I'm starting to see that as well. Serious opportunity to grab the 5 seed. If the Bills and the Ravens win out and TN wins out, TN would get the 5 and we would get the 6, correct?

i think if all 3 of us go 10-6 we get the 5 seed (id have to check but i think we'd get the 5 seed, bills would get the 6 seed and the titans would miss the playoffs (i think it comes down to common games and we'd win the tiebreakers (but im not sure))

It is funny, everyone was asking about you, saying “where is Ice Bowl.” We are a superstitious bunch and need you as our good luck charm to keep the bad voodoo away. We have been on a roll since you joined and gave us cool vibes. Have a very Merry Christmas!

the only game we've lost since @Ice Bowl joined the forum was where 2 superstitions werent upheld:
  1. icebowl didnt post a good luck thread before the game
  2. nickelback wasnt the first post in the game thread

Correct. We get the 5th seed in a 3-way tiebreaker @10-6 and 2-way vs Bills. we lose 2-way tiebreaker vs Titans.
I have no idea how 9-7 tiebreakers work out but that's not going to happen, anyway.

This is correct according to @Filmstudy break down. We’d win via common opponents.
