I think this is the big thing here. We were clamoring for them to inject some new blood and fresh ideas, and we did just that. Especially in the passing game where we added some more "technicians" for lack of a better term. Maybe it works and maybe it doesn't, but at least we're trying something different which is what we all wanted.
from what ive seen so far, technicians is the right word - looks to me like keith williams loves his route running lol - which means i instantly like him - and that's the best kind of guy for devin duvernay to be around this offseason - and hey if he can add even more releases to hollywood's package like he did with Tyreek then id be cool with that too - and as a pass game specialist maybe he can be an advocate for us to run some deep comebacks with hollywood (which he's lethal with and it's maybe his best route but we didnt see a ton in 2020)
And it could mean us getting the ball out a little quicker, too. If you can set these guys up with a series of releases to get them open quicker, we could be very difficult to stop with the running game we have. That's been a big issue - our receivers just don't win their matchups.
well this is nice - clarence brooks' son now assistant DL coach
man this one right here is awesome, clarence brooks son coaching for the ravens is the best feel good story out of this organization since drafting lamar
i like keith williams so far - i found his twitter...
just liked this lol - giving no freebies
i think this is him coaching sammy watkins on efficiency on 90 degree breaks
some release stuff too

i really like eric crocker as a talent evaluator (mostly of CBs and WRs) so i found it interesting that he did this article/interview with "Dubb" only a year ago - and that williams was the first person he chose to do this on
I like what I'm hearing about these new coaches
whelp, time to jump back in the wagon!
2021 let’s gooooo
the more i find about "dubb" the more i wonder what 'pass game specialist' actually means
like is that an embedded role a bit like pass game coordinator or is it more like a consultant type role (but on a more official basis)?
not found much about tee martin as a coach yet (beyond just his record and former prospects etc.) but keith williams seems like he's a receiving savant
Thats the same thing I was wondering. I don't think it's the same role as passing game coordinator but I could be wrong. I like the hire but I kind of was expecting The Ravens to hire a coach with atleast offensive coordinator experience at The NFL level but hey The Chiefs have a passing game coordinator and a passing game analyst. Maybe what Keith Williams is being asked to do could be what The Chiefs ask their passing game analyst Joe Bleymaier to do.
He’ll come here and probably make someone look good and then he’ll be gone the next year as a HC or OC. Calling it now on Keith.
Yeah I don't think he's out there designing a passing offense, but he's probably working with the WRs, assessing their skill set, watching film of how defenses operate, and making recommendations to Roman for the offensive gameplan for the week. More of a consultant while also doing a little bit of actual coaching with the pass catchers.
Honestly, probably a title you had to give him to get him away from his personal gig. Worked at quite a few colleges but seems like he found a home as a personal coach. To get him away, I think you probably needed to give him the specialist role instead of say, assistant WR coach.
