2025 UDFA Thread

I just found out Desmond Warson is 464 pounds.

I now must see him get a big man return. Fumble, interception, kick off- don't care. I wanna see the big man rumble.

Also udfa signings:

CB Reuben Lowery
DL Nash Hutmacher

minicamp invites:
LB Julian Young
QB Brayden Schager
WR Logan Tomlinson
WR Cade McDonald
OL Isaac Bunyun

this is a really fun one
this dude is so strong and has been someone duke manyweather's been advocating for like crazy

has a clear growth mindset

with his size and length and build, probably has to move to C to have a career

but a great guy to bring into minicamp and see what you have and maybe sign as a udfa afterwards if there's something there

this is the guy im most excited about i think - could be nothing at all, but i think he has a better chance of being "something" than a lot of the other guys we've signed

Still hoping for a nose tackle UDFA.

PFF has Cominsky, Fatukasi and Hankins as the best available FAs. Probably sounds about right looking at the full list, so it's not hugely inspiring.

I've never heard of Hutmacher but Nebraska fans are raving about him as a person and a player

What's the story with Jay Higgins? How was he not drafted, bad 40? Dude had 295 tackles and 4 picks in 2 years at Iowa.

Athletic testing was terrible. More of a try hard guy than anything special. Doesn’t count him out but the odds are definitely stacked against him.

That production tells a different story, it's borderline elite. I'm really interested to see how he's going to go in camp.
