Probably. In theory, players should develop if they're staying in school for 5-6 years. But so many of the dudes that do that are switching schools every year or two and it's hard to develop that way. You'll always have your 5 star recruits that live up to the expectations off of the jump and leave school early, but those on the periphery are staying - helping in the short term but hurting in the long term.Do you think that's gonna be the trend going forward with these NIL deals and transfer portal shit?
With that being said, 2027 looks like the culmination of all of those decisions into a stellar class. We'll see if that holds.
