The Andrews, the Defense, and the Blocking

Seeing the defense get dog walked like that was an absolute disgrace. Time for this franchise to actually get serious. Make a change at DC, go and do something about the trenches, get Christian Wilkins in Baltimore now.

Been screaming for a pass rush for years….what is it going to take to get one….

Imo, trenches was awful. DLine got bullied really bad. Madabuike might have that Brandon Williams effect where the entire front 7 suffers if he’s not in the game.

Secondary was bad, guys got burned when in man coverage but they were in tough spots. Kyle Hamilton didn’t provide help to Marlon over the top on the deep third which allowed the touchdown to St. Brown.

Defense in general is really bad and the worst unit in the league arguably. 3 out of the last 4 seasons, our defense has been really bad to start the year and it’s why we’ve start the season slow.

Lamar needs to work on not taking sacks, he’s holding on to the ball too long at times but beside that, he played a good game.

Hate to say it, eventually we’re going to need to have a discussion about whether our QBs talent is being wasted, he playing at an elite level and this defense is failing us. He’s doing enough in these games and both turnovers by Derrick Henry and the defense is costing us.

Lamar sacked 7 times. Still put up 21/27 - 288 and 3 TDs. What would he do if he had the O line?
I’d say he was lucky to not have an INT on one of those drives and the final TD was a somewhat the product of weird defense but it did make a comeback onside kick possible. But idk, it wasn’t his best game but the line was atrocious.

What is it.. 2 defensive turnovers in the playoffs during the Lamar Jackson era ? His talent is absolutely being wasted. A Smart Franchise would have built him a top tier offensive line. Not Daniel Faalele and Andrew Vorhees as his guards.

You can't convince me with this group on D and with a different D coordinator they don't perform a little better. We started out terrible last year and we're trending worse. What's the point of having a coordinator that needs a baby sitter. Pees last year and Pagano this year.

We have given up 96 points in three games. Our run D isn't even playing good and gave up over 200 yards rushing last night. 400 yards total. We gave up 250 in 4th quarter to the Bills. Still plenty of games to be played but Orr is not the answer.

Im just as "it's time to move on from Harbs" as the rest of you, but seriously I blame EDC overwhelmingly as issue #1. Like Harbs has done some dumb shit and we have been chokers, but principally, he's been asked to coach team after team that from it's very constitution is not set up to win SBs.

Get a fucking real OL and get some real pass rush. Then let's see. This team showed if it plays a quality team, it just doesn't have the ability to compete in any phase.

Awful guard combo. It’s literally screwing this offense bad. Idk what tf they see in Vorhees, he played good in the preseason but cmon be real that guy was a 7th round pick coming off a torn ACL when the Ravens drafted him and he got benched LAST YEAR.

Ravens have no killer instinct. No heart. Harbaugh better be coaching for his job this year.
I think this is what's killing me this year. Them dudes were flying to the ball on the Lions drive before half, but that same passion was not there the rest of the game. Can't have inconsistent effort like that, and it's such a departure from Ravens teams of the past. I just see a bunch of guys that fade when the going gets tough instead of stepping up.

They had 30 pressures. Lamar threw 27 passes and had to scramble on a few more. Did he have a single clean pocket all night?

Every team with a top QB makes protecting them priority #1 except Cincinnati and us. Burrow is out again and Lamar has failed to survive 2 seasons- so far.

This will be a third if they don't improve the offensive line.
