Even Romo said it... it's the THREAT of Henry out there. He doesn't have to get the ball, just the idea of Henry & Lamar out there and not knowing who to stop is what beats defenses. If you stop Henry, Lamar will beat you. If you game plan for Lamar, Henry will beat you. It's simple.

I just wanna say I've that even from Todd Monkens first year I said he was not a winner. Gets panicked so easily and has such terrible cutesy tendencies. I got laughed at and told it was an overexageration of a life time. Years later, I still think I was right. Guy constantly makes head scratching decisions every week.

Problem is too much put into one unit has hurt the other. Used to be we had a great line but it didn’t matter cause they got burned over and over again through the air.

Of course it doesn’t help when that same unit you tried to make great is also playing like dogshit

DeCosta seems to hyper fixate on positional groupings. He overhauled the OL, WR, and DB position groupings in individual offseasons.

Now if only he could do the same for a pass rush...

But, it's tough because the hyper fixation often leaves other positional groupings neglected and with the way the Ravens are drafting, they're not consistently hitting on picks when they go all in on one positional group in FA.
