DeCosta has built this team ass backwards. Like I said before, coverage sacks only works if you have a pass rush and the pressure upfront. Coverage sacks doesn't work when the QB has all day to throw.
 
just poor operation from all 3 phases

if you can't even cleanly get anything working (even if not well) then that's on coaching

even the covid game looked better than this

coverage doesnt work consistently when you're missing 3 of your starting DBs (and one of the top backups) as well as your best LB (and defensive playcaller)

and pass rush is tough when you're missing 2/3 of your starting DL including the team's best pass rusher

i'd have taken josh simmons over starks this year... but we'd also then be looking at a starting safety duo of sanoussi kane and reuben lowery if we didnt take starks

all the DL we would have liked were gone well before we picked and there were no EDGEs worth taking anywhere near our range

it's all well and good saying just draft pass rush but those guys go early... the best EDGE on the board when we picked starks was mike green...
 
You know when other 1-3 teams play each other both of them look bad, when we play other bad teams we make them look good
