Honestly he has looked like that his entire career.

I feel like when he was in Dallas he seemed like he could be a backup QB. But it's been awhile and I wasn't paying a huge amount of attention. But the guy im seeing now looks like a marginally better version of Devin Leary. A guy who's not completely lost but a guy who's just really bad

He was but the team was able to carry him. That big year where he went "4-1 as a starter" he has a sub 60% completion, 5 TDs 3 INTs and was around 200 yards per game (remember he cant really run).
