Next Up: vs Bears

Worried. Lamar did not practice with team so we are trying to give him a little more time. If he plays hurt we need him. If it aggravates the injury it could be season.

Been watching the Bears the last couple weeks. They have first 4 game winning streak since 2018. They have committed 3 times the penalties in those 2 weeks. Cheap false start and big roughing calls against. Dropped balls. QB lapses followed by sharp QB play. Worst of all has been a very good running game.

I hope Lamar is ready.

I mean orr is pretty bad. It almost cant get any worse tbh. Actually, i think this is the worst our defense has ever been so anyone from our past would be an upgrade or likely able to help more

Without being with the team it's hard to know what the problem is, could be that Orr is a dud. But From what players are saying that doesn't seem like it's the case.

If you need to bring in Pees again you have a DC not up to the job . I thought Orr lacked experience when they gave him that position and indeed it has shown and he is regularly getting out coached by OC’s .
Orr was a bad choice and it’s costing us big .
 
They experimented with Orr and it hasn't worked out. They gave him a chance but he's failing bad. Could he be a great D coordinator in the future? Absolutely! Give him some experience in college or let MM snatch him and teach him some more.

Through 6 games this is the worst ANY defence has ever looked. The record for most points given up in a season is 534 and we are on pace to give up 549. Orr needs to go.

The Ravens organization not Orr is at fault for putting him in a position he wasn’t ready for.

It’s as simple as that.

Why is there such a mystery around Lamar every time he gets hurt?? I don’t understand it. Is he hurt bad or not ? Is Lamar the star player the press said was bitching about the coaching to the owner ? Does Lamar want out now that we have wasted some of his best years with lousy coaching ? Will Lamar decide now to not sign an extension here ?

Somehow I get the feeling like in his contract year that he is unhappy and not just because we are 1-5 .

I don’t have my fork ready to stick in Lamar but I get a very uneasy feeling he’s unhappy again at the Ravens organization. Speculation yes and I sure hope I’m wrong ….. like I was in his contract year .

Then I wouldn’t blame him at all if he were to request a trade. His prime is being wasted
