Even in a worse case scenario he won't get fired during the season. He'll get promoted to a cushy front office job, or "voluntarily" go into a soft retirement until a good coaching job opens up
 
How do you change a a NFl players status the next day from full participant to limited for the practice the day before ????!?!?!?!

Something is really fishy . Has anyone ever seen this happen before ????

Glad I didn’t buy a couple of tickets for the game .
 
This is the type of week with all the stories about the coaches , the disgruntled players , etc . that Biscotti may indeed fire Harbaugh if the team drops another dud against the Bears particularly if there is a lack of effort and urgency.

Has to be. Hamstrings are one of those problems we’re you’re either good or you’re now. This must have been a more serious injury than they initially thought. They also didn’t diagnose the sprained MCL properly a couple seasons ago. Maybe Lamar is a slow healer but it’s possible this is a grade 2 hamstring pull and we just don’t know it yet.

IDK. Snoop isn’t the best, but he did OK in 2023. If it weren’t for the fumblerooski for a TD against Cinci we probably win that playoff game with him. And I think we were always going to be run heavy tomorrow anyway. I think we win.

Well if there's any bright spot to this, and to stick to 2021 comparisons. Huntley started against Chicago that year and we won. I will say, with the Bears secondary woes we might be able to pull out a W still. I'm trying to remain positive but all of this drama is what a dysfunctional team looks like.
 
Had an ominous feelin Lamar was going to be out. The teamspeak was hinting at it. 30 minutes behind to Wednesday's practice and high five's suggested he's there to say hello but not ready yet. Don't think he's been quite right all year. Lacked the dynamic moves and turn of foot, so somethings been bothering him. We went from -7 to -2 with the news, but tend to think the books knew where this was heading.

I have a question. With 3 Bear corners out and maybe their star running back, shouldn't we be playing our best passer? Hard to believe Huntley will start this one.

Something catastrophic would have to happen for him to be fired midseason. Highly doubt we see that.

Have you seen Rush pass lately ? It’s ugly.
 
Been following the Bears and they have holes, they also have some talent. One game they will cease the false starts, phantom roughing calls and their QB will settle down. Lets go Ravens, don't let it be Sunday.

This is most dysfunctional team Ive seen since the year Billick was fired. Actually its more dysfunctional.

You are right its likely he wont get fired midseason but a complete lack of effort and another embarrassing loss and we just might see it.

Agreed. Hopefully, we see the version of Caleb Williams that is missing the more routine throws. If they can at least be inconsistent on offense, it'll give us a chance.
 
I will say, boys. 1-6 seems almost unrecoverable, but it's now significantly more likely than what I thought would be a win that could help turn the season around. We'll need massive performances from one or two star defenders, our OL, and Derrick Henry. Hopefully, the same Tyler Huntley that showed up against the Rams. Otherwise, we could be heading towards an offseason full of changes. Some of which may be very much welcome. Don't want to look too far ahead since we're still alive. But the news of Jackson being ruled out is gutting.

Feel bad for the fans who bought tickets, thinking they’re gonna take their kids to go see Lamar.
