The Malaki Starks, the Red Zone Scoring, and the Q4 Jump Scare

and if they engage, it creates another easy read for lamar too

there are all sorts of reps to criticise Faalele for (especially this week) but again this is not the rep to do it - feel like (mostly) all the DF haters keep picking the wrong reps to illustrate his failings
Not all of them, that Tyler linderbaum fail I thought was an egregious failure

It didn’t look like a pass at any point, it could’ve been but it didn’t look like it. Just looked like a strategy to me and not a bad one
Idk who that is but someone ran route and thats what made me think that way. I also remember watxhing and thinking lamar was gonna throw it but i think it did look like a run call all the way through.. however, faalee still ass

This is the first year linderbaum has struggled, he’s been elite his whole career up until now, so I do wonder if the regression of the G tandem plays a big part in his regression
He could be nicked, and playing through it.

Was fun seeing this one live because you can see the defense starting to click. That Starks INT was a beauty. Obviously a bad pass from McCarthy but Starks had it keyed the whole time, and his movement skills stood out.

Offense was way out of sorts and they really need to figure it out for any hope. They just seemingly don’t know what to do when they can’t run the ball consistently.

I know some called it out but Keondre Jackson is a gem on ST. Dude has no regard for his body. Just wants to go out and make plays.
Did you get tired of yelling “Looooooooooooppp”. lol

Running a route can draw a safety out of the box and give you a numbers advantage, rather than blocking and being a dead giveaway that it’s a run

I didn’t really get to talk about this one much while I was walking in frigid temperatures to a stadium…

But props to Carson Vinson for getting the activation over Noteboom. I know it was only a few ST snaps and we hope we don’t see him more, but I’ve heard that they absolutely love how he’s developed behind the scenes so far this year. They think he’s a capable swing T and hope continued development brings more.

was such a massive fan of the way he competed at the senior bowl - such easy and flexible power through his core, long with heavy hands

I really liked his tape, didn’t watch him til after the draft so I may have went in biased but I felt like he could be ready much sooner than some people seemed to think. I just didn’t see the same rawness others were seeing, hands and timing sure but overall I thought he looked like a natural OT. And he had a pretty strong preseason too.

I’ve been wondering in the back of my mind this whole season if he’s our eventual replacement for Ronnie. Might be getting ahead of myself but we know the coaches love him, he’s getting starts over a guy with many starts in the league, and frankly everything he’s put on tape has been very promising, so they might actually be planning for this as of now.

Definitely true but if he was as special as his reputation I don't think things would look as ugly.

I've never been a massive fan because I think wins at the line of scrimmage are much more important than blocks downfield - you can get them from a blocking tight end or whatever - and he's only ever been average at the line. With all the needs on both lines I don't see a strong case not to 80/20 him with Bullock.
Keep in mind that even Yanda didn't look great when he had to babysit the guy next to him.

Just saw the play from a different angle and yea lamar couldve passed it. He even kinda gathered a lil bit too. Yea it def couldve been a pass.. well unless he was trying to fake them out like he was gonna do it
