His UDFA status really made the coaches devalue him. Right from the start he was really solid wherever they lined him up, no matter whether he had started the game or not. He’s absolutely our biggest loss.

The only team who scares me in the playoffs is in the AFC North because they know us so wellI promise I'm not trying to be Mr. Positivity here by any means, but I'm not sure I see any other team this year that feels like they're just going to walk all over us. This is definitely the weakest AFC I've seen in a long time.
Maybe this season has been a ploy all along. Fuck around, drop a few games, and be the underdog instead of the favorite. Clearly we can't handle the pressure, so the best way to get rid of it is to appear as though we suck ass.The only team who scares me in the playoffs is in the AFC North because they know us so well
The Baltimore Ravens
Jets should be a win on paper. Honestly next 3 games are all at home. If we win the next 5 we should win this divisionNo bullshit now
Go and beat the Jets at home to get above .500 for the first time this year
I think it's mostly frustrating with him because he truly did get better as the season went on last year, and you'd hoped that he'd build on that. But it seems like he's hit a wall in his development and there's not much hope of anything getting better.
He was probably hidden a bit last year too as the clear weakest link on the line, but now that we have multiple guys also not playing up to snuff, it seems his issues are being magnified and they're more impactful.
Never would have thought losing Mekari would arguably be our biggest loss. He was a penalty machine but he was also solid and steady. When both G spots are questionable at best on their best days, it's not a great sign.
Honestly, looking at the rest of the AFC I'm going to disagree. Other than Denver none of the teams in the playoffs look scary. Looking just at wildcard teams, Allen is back in 2023 form, throwing the ball to the opposing team almost as much as his own team and their defense looks really weak this season. Injuries have given the Chargers a worse o-line than ours. And the Jags have no receivers who can catch the ball and their o-line is also ass. At the Bank, I'd give us a fighting chance of knocking any of them out of the playoffsGon be a quick one and done in the playoffs if we make it
Yep... the Ravens with Lamar, Chiefs with Mahomes and the Bills with Allen all fighting atop the AFC and totally not a wild card spot.At the top of the AFC right?
Right?
Denver doesn’t concern meHonestly, looking at the rest of the AFC I'm going to disagree. Other than Denver none of the teams in the playoffs look scary. The only team that would scare me is the Chiefs if they get in because we never play them well and we consistently get out coached on both sides of the ball.Denver doesn’t concern me
Another week, another 77 clip
Just Faalele facing the wrong way while something bad happens, as usualWhat. The. Fuck.
He should not be playing in the NFLWhat. The. Fuck.
The only reason Denver concerns me is that they're a better version of Cleveland. Great defense with a mid offense. We will have to capitalize on scoring chances when we get them against them and I worry about our o-line in that situationDenver doesn’t concern me
I don’t think so either. You cant overcome Vorhees, Faalele, Rosengarten, the below average pass rush, and Todd Monken
Terrific block I think by Ricard on that play.Apparently the fake tush push is called 'Hurricane' and was just installed this week. Still unsure why they ran a basic predictable run on 3rd down instead of this new wrinkle, but hey, it worked. Seemed like the potential for this to be disastrous though.
Ricard is the visible standout but Kolar is the superhero on that play. Sealed his edge absolutely perfectly and left Ricard 1v1 on a S.Terrific block I think by Ricard on that play.
