It’s needs to not be coach speak, I feel like if you’re active you should be trusted to take a large number of snaps because you’re always one small injury from that being the case.

So if Emory jones is good enough to be activated, and we know what faalele offers, then just fucking start him. If faalele has had this long of a leash then a rookie who switched positions and had surgery should have just as long of a leash.

Henderickson and higgins are out but i doubt that means much in a division game
 
I think we lose this. Dont care who they have out. We've played like actual trash for weeks. That catches up to you. No better time to get got then on a short week versus a division rival while Lamar is less than 100%

You're so focused on how much we suck that you're ignoring how much the other teams suck too. Not saying we're not going to lose, but nearly every fanbase in the league has the same thoughts right now.

I'm not gonna argue with the oddsmakers on either. As bad as we've looked, we've won by 22, 8, 7, 13 last 4 weeks against opponents of the same quality as the Bengals. Burrow and Chase are sure to break our streak of holding under 20, and the Bengals give 400 yds game.

So yeah, 30-23 sounds about right.

The real question is how many times can we set a third round pick on fire?

Madubuike and Travis jones worked out very well. The rest have been a complete waste.

1st round: Tackle/CB/WR
2nd round: RB/WR
3rd round: DT
4th round: Guards
Free Agency: Pass rush (we suck at drafting them)

Those the sweet spots imo
