Can someone explain or elaborate on Lamar Jackson's so called record setting performance against the Bengals?
People have mentioned it all day and someone during our post game pressers asked "Did they tell you that you are the first QB in the super bowl era to throw for 200 and rush for 150 in a game?" Heard the same story when he went 200+ passing and 120+ rushing against the Cards week 2.
As amazing as a performance, didn't Colin Kaepernick throw for 263 yards and rush for 181 against the Packers in the playoffs a while back?
Guess Lamar's was a regular season record? Either way it's already been done in the league and yet just like after week 2 the media is claiming no one else has ever done this and yet someone did better and in a playoff game.
Not to take away from Lamar's great rushint performance today, but I think the media better fact check.
