I'm going Fano. I think he has a higher ceiling, and he can fill any spot on the line.

he's got some of the quickest feet in the class...
Gonna check and see if i can the video i saw..i guess whenever he was shuffling, shit looked slow. Maybe thats normal? I didnt check but his feet for sure looked slow

the feet look slow in some of those early clips because he's so comfortable with his movement that he's not chopping his feet to gain ground
he's just in control and smooth - you barely see a snap in that reel of him being under stress
this video at the combine gives you an example of his feet and overall movement skills

I’m not seeing slow here, I’m seeing effortless movement. He might look slow footed because he just moves so easily.
Hes a true athlete, he’s a big and powerful human being and carries it all with ease, and not just the quick and effortless feet, but he’s fluid and flexible, dude can redirect and bend and glide like he’s at a skill position, and he may not be a powerhouse by NFL OL standards, but he ain’t soft or weak either, not by a long shot.
With Fano you’re getting a guy that you could likely develop at any of the 5 spots on the OL and one thing you’ll never worry about is him getting ran past or ran around, he’s gonna mirror and catch any speed or quick rusher in pass pro, and he’s gonna stretch and reach and position himself at any level in the run game.
i've really come around on kadyn proctor
i don't like him at OT at all
but i really like him at OG
for me:
top 75 prospect at OT
top 20 prospect at OG
would not surprise me if he went top 15 to a team that needs an OT though who make him swap sides to RT and watch him fail there before doing what they should have done initially and let him transition to G straight away

Proctor moves shockingly well for his size, feel like there could be something “different” about him but I’m also so unsure
i just feel burned by his kind of archetype in the past (including faalele lol)
but the movement skills at that size are ridiculous
and (i mean this as a compliment) he plays shorter than the 6'7 guy he is - leverage and lower body flexibility are of a shorter prospect

Exactly, I feel burned and it makes me pause. I Feel like my eyes betray me when I watch his tape because of the nightmare we just had with faalele
and yet the more i watch him, the more i can imagine an absolutely dominant guard

Yeah, I like Proctor a lot as a guard. I don’t think he is good at all as a T. I said I watched him really close while watching Bain and Proctor did a good job against Bain. It made me see some of the issues Bain has, but more importantly where Proctor has his strengths. He has good hands, too.

Next time I get the itch to watch prospects proctor is gonna be the one I watch. I’ve really liked what I’ve seen but I’m hesitant to pound the table, and for no reason in particular. But what I’ve seen already, I could see myself hoping to land him at 14 by the time the draft rolls around.
